Staff was great, and eager to help. I received texts asking what they could do to make my stay better- I have never had that anywhere else before. I went to the front desk to see where the meeting I was attending was, and was led by an eager polite gentleman to walk me down as he made conversation. Everyone was great.

The location was great. It was easy to get to the premium outlets and to South Nashua. Parking was always available near the front door and the elevators were really quick.

No breakfast. Location was convenient. Everything was ready upon arrival, which was good. We just think that it was a bit expensive. But, maybe we are not that experienced in travel.

The staff put flowers and candy in the room for my wifes birthday. They arranged the candy I got in a shape of a heart.
